MISSION STATEMENT
At Toned Body Pilates we strive to provide safe, challenging, contemporary and classical Pilates reformer, tower and TRX group and private classes that build strength and confidence for all participants.
Since 2019 Toned Body Pilates has built a community of Pilates enthusiasts one client at a time. We specialize in attention to proper form, precision and alignment with respect to the goals and limitations of all participants. We offer modifications to movements, as needed, that enable all to participate and grow their practice.
We include a variety of class levels structured by experience and ability level of class participants to build up to more and more challenging movements. We encourage clients to attend multiple classes each week to gain exposure to the wide variety of movements offered in our classes.
